Keep your rental property's electrical safety on track
An EICR records the condition of the fixed electrical installation at the time of inspection. If the report identifies unsatisfactory items, the observations should be understood and any required work arranged within the applicable timescales.
1. Arrange an inspection
Get in touch with the property address, type and any access requirements.
2. Inspection and report
The installation is inspected and tested, with findings recorded in an EICR.
3. Understand the findings
Discuss the report outcome and any recommended remedial action or follow-up.
An EICR is not a guarantee that an installation will remain safe indefinitely. Inspection intervals and legal requirements depend on the property and applicable regulations.
Clear guide prices
Indicative starting prices only. Final quotes depend on property size, number of circuits, access and the condition of the installation.
